Terms of Use of the Database

The copyright holder of the Database is Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "International and Comparative Law Research Center" (hereinafter referred to as the "ICLRC").

The information posted in the Database is presented in the form in which it is available or accessible (“as it is”). The ICLRC does its best to ensure the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the information, but does not guarantee this. The difficulties of maintaining the accuracy and relevance of information are described in the “Limitations” section of the general information about the Database.

The Database may contain links to external websites or other resources that are not related to the Database and/or the domains "iclrc.org" and "iclrc.ru" (hereinafter referred to as "Links").

The presence of Links does not imply official approval or responsibility on the part of the ICLRC in connection with opinions, ideas, data or products posted on linked resources, or a guarantee of the accuracy of the information provided there. The only purpose of the Links is to point to additional information resources on relevant topics. Information is provided on the understanding that users accessing the resource assume responsibility for evaluating its relevance, accuracy, and usability.

Please note that these Terms of Use of the Database and the Personal Data Processing Policy do not apply to third-party websites, so we recommend that you read their relevant policies and conditions to understand how your data is processed.

The ICLRC is not responsible for the potential risks of information leakage, phishing, or data loss that third parties acquire when clicking on Links, nor is it responsible for potential harm or damage caused by clicking on Links, as well as the above and other circumstances for which the ICLRC is not responsible. The responsibility for the circumstances that arise when visiting any websites accessible by the Links lies with the user and/or the owner of the relevant website.

The copyright holder of the Database is NPO "ICLRC". Copying and transferring the Database and/or parts of the materials that make up the Database is not allowed. If you are interested in reproducing or otherwise using the Database, please contact info@iclrc.ru to clarify the possibilities of such use (licensing). Copying and transferring a Database and (or) a part of the materials that make up it is understood as borrowing structural elements of a Database. Quoting materials contained in the Database is not a copy.

The ICLRC welcomes the freedom of scientific research and creativity. If you find any of the submitted materials useful for your work for informational, scientific, educational or cultural purposes, please refer to our Database as a citation source.

The ICLRC’s logo is the property of the ICLRC, and it is protected in accordance with international treaties and conventions on the protection of intellectual property. Its use is limited and prohibited without the prior permission of the ICLRC. Requests for any use of the ICLRC’s logo should be sent to info@iclrc.ru. The ICLRC reserves the right to request the immediate removal of its logo from websites or products for which appropriate permission has not been obtained.
